My goal is to beautifully and artistically photograph you in this season of your life
I offer studio, in-home and on-location sessions within 20 miles of Denver. These sessions are hand tailored to your unique vision and aesthetic.
Depending on location and your vision for your session we can work together to create the perfect document of this amazing time.
I am always happy to see your Pinterest inspiration photos for these sessions. I love to incorporate flowers and anything else you have in mind.
Ideas on What to Wear
You are welcome to do one outfit change if desired. I have a pop up tent I can bring along. So if you want to wear a dress and then change to a more casual look this is totally ok.
If you want to do photos with bare belly, I love this - just let me know and happy to chat through your vision and comfort level.
Think about simple earthy tones. These look great paired with a knit sweater, jean jacket, shawl or vest.
For dresses I love Baltic Born & Joyfolie. Poshmark and Facebook Marketplace are a great place to get dresses that have only been worn once or twice. I also have some dresses available to borrow, if you are interested please let me know! See them below.
Pops of color are fun and add visual interest - I'm a huge fan of earthy oranges and yellows - a little can go a long way!
Texture always looks great in photos!
Wear what you feel comfortable and cute in.
Please avoid logos
Your favorite jeans and a nice t-shirt can look just as cute as a dress!
Don't forget about footwear! Bare feet can be an option for some of the images.
A cute hat is a fun way to add variety for a few pictures.

In-home sessions can be beautiful if you are interested in a more intimate session including shower or milk baths.
My studio is a beautiful light bright space to make images in. It can be minimalist, and also has a daybed, peacock chair and other options.
Studio Sessions ideally done in the afternoon.
I offer outdoor Golden Hour Sessions about an hour before sunset.
If you have young children we can try to meet earlier as long as we have some access to shade.
Yes, you can usually bring your dog! But please let me know ahead of time!
Timing & Location
What about the weather?
I try hard not to cancel unless there is really strong wind, pouring rain or lightening. If it is cloudy I find that this provides a beautiful soft light that makes for great photos. If you have your heart set on a golden sunset please let me know. Keep in mind that it can take a week or two to get another date on the calendar but I will always do my best to get a new date as close to the first one as possible and to accommodate your schedule. The day of the session you are welcome to text and I’m always happy to have a short phone call to discuss options if the weather is concerning. I will also reach out to you if the forecast is not looking great.
